This well fitted out and up to date narrow boat is in full working order and ready to go.
Much equipment and furnishing has benn replaced recently and is licensed till August 2009.
The mooring is available in the short term and would probably be so permanently subject to tender.
A lot of thought has gone into the layout so that it would be very suitable as a liveaboard but not on its present mooring.
The owner is keen to sell so try offers.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
